What we do
GKD Mail hosts your company's mailboxes on your own domain. The company owner manages everything from one dashboard: domains, mailboxes, shared storage, invoices and support tickets.
Your team uses webmail in the browser, or the mail apps they already have on their phones and computers, through standard IMAP and SMTP.
How we build it
Secure by default
Owners must use two-factor authentication; passkeys and recovery codes are built in; every connection is encrypted.
Arabic first, English too
The dashboard, emails and help centre read right-to-left in Arabic and left-to-right in English.
Standard protocols, no lock-in
Mail is reachable over IMAP and SMTP from any app, and old mail can be imported from your previous provider.
Predictable billing
One annual invoice per company in Qatari riyals; mailboxes and storage added later are charged only for the days left.
Where it runs
Mail is hosted on GKD's own mail server, mail.gkdmail.com, with spam and virus filtering and SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain. The dashboard sits behind Cloudflare, and the service status is public.
