Refunds
Refund and Cancellation Policy
When an invoice can be cancelled, and when a payment is refunded.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Paid periods
GKD Mail is prepaid for whole years. Once an invoice is paid, the period it covers is not refunded, in whole or in part, including when you stop using the service or close the account before the period ends.
2. Fewer mailboxes or less storage
You can reduce mailboxes and storage only at renewal: the reduction applies from the next period. Nothing is refunded for a reduction.
3. Cancelling an unpaid invoice
You can cancel an invoice that has not been paid from Billing in the dashboard, as long as you have not reported a bank transfer for it. A cancelled invoice is not charged.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same invoice, or charged an amount that does not match the invoice, we refund the extra amount to the original card or bank account.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at the address below, from the company owner's address, with the invoice number, the date and amount of the payment, and what went wrong. We check the request against our payment records and answer by email.
An approved refund is made within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method: card payments through SADAD, bank transfers to the account they came from. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
